Shipping Policy
All ANIRT products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
- ANIRT Natural Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturalskincare@getanirt.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
